LBU Results – Tracey.

Tracey has exercised all through her life but just couldn’t get the results she wanted 55-year-old Tracey (YES 55!) was introduced to me 15 months ago… please read her story!

“15 months ago I was so unhappy with my body. I had aches and pains in my joints, always felt bloated and sluggish, and just could not seem to do anything to improve how I felt. I exercised 4-5 times a week doing quite a lot of cardio. Whatever diet I tried I lost a pound or two but could not maintain it, often falling off the wagon as I would deprive myself of so many things. I blamed the fact I could not lose weight on menopause.

Since I started working with Paula I’ve switched easily to a healthier eating plan – which meant eating 5 x a day, increasing my protein and complex carbs, and also supplementing my day-to-day food- My life has changed!

I have lost 15lbs in weight which I’ve maintained for many months now!
Totally changed my body shape and now have so much more energy.
I train 5-6 times a week and feel stronger than ever. I am now starting to use their sports range more to increase muscle mass and improve the tone of my body. At 55 I feel amazing and have so much energy and feel more confident in my own skin

She also enjoys a social life and holidays without feeling deprived!
