This is a mat based Pilates session suitable for all levels and perfect for runners and cyclists too. Working on core strength, flexibility and joint mobility and stability.

Own mat essential- we advise a good Pilates mat for comfort (Not a yoga mat, these are too thin) Band and mini flex ball usefull plus light hand weights if you have them.
