6 WEEK BLOCK of Wednesday 18:00 classes.
This is a mat based Pilates session suitable for all levels and perfect for runners and cyclists too.
Working on core strength, flexibility and joint mobility and stability.
Own mat essential- we advise a good Pilates mat for comfort (Not a yoga mat, these are too thin) Band and mini flex ball usefull plus light hand weights if you have them.
* Please note- Fee includes one free session in the event of sickness/holiday
Includes sessions on 7/01, 14/01, 21/01, 28/01, 4/02 & 11/02
Missed sessions are non refundable or transferable howevever, you can attend an online session.
