Join us for a fabulous Body Conditioning session !!!! Work on toning your muscles whilst improvng core strngth and flexibility.
ONLINE option available
All ages and levels welcome
Own mat essential- we advise a good Pilates mat for comfort (Not a yoga mat, these are too thin) Band and mini flex ball usefull plus light hand weights if you have them.
*Parking available but you MUST enter your registration details at the bottom of the stairs upon entering the building. We and the church cannot intervein if a parking fine is issued.
Please note this class takes place upstairs on the 1st floor. No lift access.
