Join us ONLINE for this beautiful mat based Pilates class. Suitable for all levels, however, a one to one is recommended for complete beginners 🙂
A good pilates mat essential (not a yoga mat- too thin) a band and mini flex ball are usefull.
PLEASE NOTE this session is streamed from a LIVE studio class so noise quality may be effected.
