Studio Pilates class

This is a mat based Pilates session suitable for all levels.

For complete beginners- a one to one is advised. Check out the videos via the youtube icon top right of the main page
Own Pilates mat essential (Not a yoga mat, these are too thin) Band and mini flex ball usefull

*Parking available but you MUST enter your registratiion details at the bottom of the stairs upon entering the building. We and the church cannot intervene if a parking fine is issued.

Please note this class takes place upstairs on the 1st floor. No lift access.
