6 WEEK BLOCK of Tuesday 10am classes.
This is a mat based Pilates session suitable for all levels and perfect for Golfers, runners and cyclists and all ages too.
Working on core strength, flexibility and joint mobility and stability.
Own mat essential- we advise a good Pilates mat for comfort (Not a yoga mat, these are too thin) Band and mini flex ball usefull plus light hand weights if you have them. Check out the recommended products on my shop.
* Please note- Fee includes one free session in the event of sickness/holiday
Includes sessions on 17/02, 24/02, 3/03. 10/03, 17/03 & 24/03
Missed sessions are non refundable or transferable howevever, you can attend an online session, or another studio class if a space is available.
